Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason (other than the warranty) you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you can change it within 30 calendar days, counted from the date you purchased your product.

To exercise the right to change, the products must meet the following requirements:

• Have all your labels.
• Don't find yourself dirty.
• Have no traces of use of deodorants or makeup with chemicals that discolor or deteriorate fabrics. 
• Have no traces of use of chemicals or bleach.
• Do not present faded.
• The garment must not have been altered or modified by the consumer.
• The last of the garment must be perfect. 
• The print, appliqués or embroidery must not have inconsistencies due to washing, ironing or adulteration.
• Be in the same condition in which it was purchased. 
• They must keep the original label. We suggest that you try on the garment before removing it.
• Promotional garments have no change. Except for warranty.
• The clothes jewelry do not have change.

At Pancho Paletas our commitment is to comply with delivery times, therefore if the day your order arrives you are not present to receive it, the carrier will be authorized to leave it at the gate of the indicated address. We know how important it is to you and that you would not like to wait until the next opportunity to receive it.

At Pancho Paletas  we want to guarantee that your order is delivered within the agreed time. If we need to contact you to notify you of any news about the order and in the course of a month we cannot find you, we will proceed with the refund of the money. If the payment was made by credit card Payu is requested to reverse the payment, if it was made by debit card we will send a voucher for the value of your purchase to your personal email.

In our online store we want to deliver your order in the shortest possible time, so our delivery promise is 10 business days. During promotional events such as Cyber Monday, Cyber Monday, Black Weekend, Black Friday, Hot Sale, Clickdeals, SALE, among others, the delivery time can be extended up to 15 business days.

Sometimes there are news that prevent us from fulfilling our promise, however we want to guarantee that this time will not exceed the 30-day period granted by the Consumer Statute for the delivery of your purchase.
